Due to a database version upgrade, the systems related to the APM and Trace functions will be temporarily suspended on the following schedule. We apologise for any inconvenience caused to users, and thank you for your understanding.
Please note that this maintenance will not affect any other functions other than APM and Trace.

Thursday, 16th April 2026, 13:00 - 15:00 (JST)
- The systems related to APM and Trace will be temporarily stopped within the above time period.
- The systems will be restarted as soon as the maintenance is complete. If everything goes smoothly, we expect to finish earlier than planned.
Details of the maintenance
- A version upgrade of the database used by the APM and trace-related systems is planned.
Scope of impact on the day
- You will not be able to access the Mackerel APM and trace screens via the Web UI, or create and notify Issues.
- Estimated Usage Metrics will not be posted during the maintenance period. Posting will resume after the maintenance is complete.
- You will still be able to use other Mackerel features normally.
- You will still be able to post trace data to Mackerel during the maintenance period.
- The trace data posted during the maintenance period will be reflected sequentially after the maintenance period ends. However, we cannot guarantee that the data will be posted successfully.
