- Beginning in July 2024, receipts will be emailed directly to the owner, and you'll also have the option to reissue them if needed. This change will start with your August 2024 billing statement.
- We're updating the notification method for Microsoft Teams notification channels.
Beginning in July 2024, receipts will be emailed directly to the owner, and you'll also have the option to reissue them if needed. This change will start with your August 2024 billing statement.
We've implemented the following improvements to receipts, effective from July 2024 (starting with your August 2024 billing statement).
Receipts will now be emailed directly to the organization owner.
Receipts were previously only available for download from the "Payment History" section of the Mackerel web console. Now, the same receipt information will also be sent to the organization owner's email address.
Effective from July 2024, you can now reissue receipts directly from the web console.
You previously needed to contact support to reissue past receipts, but you can now reissue them directly from the web console.
We're updating the notification method for Microsoft Teams notification channels.
In response to Microsoft Teams discontinuing its Incoming Webhook connector, we're changing how notifications are sent, as previously announced. Please refer to our updated Help page (coming soon) for instructions on switching from the Incoming Webhook connector to either the Teams Workflow app or Power Automate. (The Help page will focus on setup using the Workflow app.).
