We are announcing that we have found the cause of the issue where users could not view receipts, which was reported on July 4th, 2022.
Cause of the Issue
Due to a change in the specifications of our external payment service, receipts issued after June 2022 now have a 30-day expiration date. As a result, the receipt data could not be retrieved from the Mackerel web console or receipt emails.
Our Request Due to the Specification Changes
Following the specification changes above, we request our users to take the following actions:
- Receipts issued on or before May 2022
- No expiration date.
- However, we recommend that you download and keep the data you need, as it may expire in the future.
- Receipts issued on or after June 2022
- Valid for 30 days.
- Please download within 30 days of issuance.
