We would like to report an issue lasting several days on the Mackerel web console, in which pages were not displayed properly.
Issue
An issue occurred in which the content of pages, such as the web console's dashboard and alert details window, was not displayed.
Time of occurrence
From 2:20 PM, July 11, 2023 to 4:05 PM, July 14, 2023
Cause
The issue was caused by changes to the application. We have corrected the changes and are now verifying that the error has been resolved.
If pages still do not display correctly, please perform a hard refresh on your browser.
A hard refresh forcibly reloads a page, clearing your browser's cache.
The commands to perform a hard refresh are as follows:
- For Windows
- Common for Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / Microsoft Edge
- ctrl + F5
